The name Alakef is a Hebrew slang term meaning “hits the spot” or “the best.” Alakef Coffee Roasters supports fair trade and sustainable agriculture. Towards this philosophy, they source specialty-grade coffees with Rainforest Alliance certification to ensure comprehensive sustainable farm management that protects the environment for future generations of coffee growers.
